Herpetology

Already as young I nurtured an interest in biology and herpetology. I have published articles in Scandinavian herpetological and popular science journals. A few snakebite studies (medical geography) have been published, such as:

Eriksson, S. (2008). Snakebites in a rural area in northern Vietnam – a southeast Asian context,

The Herpetological Bulletin, British Herpetological Society, Number 104, pp.12-21.

Eriksson, S. (2011) Medical geography views on snakebites in Southeast Asia: a case study from Vietnam, Asian Geographer, Vol. 28, No. 2, pp. 123-134.

Eriksson, S. & Nguyen, T.T. (2017) Snakebites in Southern Vietnam: admitted patients and snake species involved, Geose Information, 23 pages.

For 15 years I was writer and reviewer in Sweden’s two largest encyclopaedia projects, including Sweden’s National Encyclopaedia, encompassing a total of 45 book volumes.
